At DMC Design Limited t/a Cubbie™, we are committed to ensuring that our services and facilities are accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of all our visitors, clients, and employees.

Physical Accessibility Arrangements

Parking and Public Transportation:​

  • Our locations are conveniently accessible via public transportation, with nearby bus stops and train stations equipped with ramps and elevators.

Designated accessible parking spaces are available near the main entrance of our office.

Entrance and Navigation:

  • All entrances are wheelchair accessible with automatic doors.

  • Clear signage is provided throughout our premises to assist with navigation.

  • Elevators are available and equipped with Braille buttons and audio announcements.

Service Areas:

  • Our service desks are designed to be accessible, with lower counter sections for wheelchair users.

  • Meeting rooms and classrooms are equipped with adjustable furniture to accommodate various needs.

  • Accessible restrooms are available on every floor, featuring grab bars and emergency call buttons.

Additional Accessibility Arrangements:

  • Visual aids and large print materials are available upon request.

  • Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of our premises.

Support Services:

  • Our staff are trained to aid individuals with disabilities and are available to help with any specific needs.

At DMC Design Limited T/A Cubbie™, are working to make our site www.cubbie.net accessible to people with disabilities.

What is web accessibility?

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on www.cubbie.net

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines and have made the site accessible to the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option]. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Implemented colour combinations that meet the required colour contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible
